Goodyear ElectricDrive Asymmetric 6

ElectricDrive Asymmetric 6
The Goodyear ElectricDrive Asymmetric 6 is a premium tyre purpose-engineered for electric vehicles — bringing the acclaimed Eagle F1 Asymmetric 6 platform to the specific demands of EV driving. Available in 39 sizes across 19″ to 21″ rims and earning EU label Grade A ratings for both fuel efficiency and wet grip, the ElectricDrive Asymmetric 6 is built to handle the increased weight and instant torque of electric vehicles while maximising driving range and delivering a refined, quiet cabin experience. For performance EV drivers who want a dedicated summer tyre that truly matches their vehicle’s technology, this is the one.

Features and Benefits

  • Asymmetric tread pattern with EV-tuned construction: The outer shoulder is optimised for superior cornering grip while the inner blocks focus on efficient water evacuation — with the construction reinforced specifically to handle EV weight and instant torque without abnormal wear.
  • Wide circumferential grooves with silica compound: Strong aquaplaning resistance and short wet braking distances across all conditions — earning the EU label’s top Grade A wet grip rating.
  • Low rolling resistance for extended range: An optimised compound and tread geometry reduce energy loss as the tyre rolls, directly contributing to improved driving range between charges.
  • SoundComfort Technology (select fitments): Acoustic foam inserts reduce road noise resonance — essential in the near-silent EV cabin where tyre noise is the dominant sound at speed.
  • Optimised contact pressure distribution for even wear: Counteracts the accelerated and uneven tyre wear caused by heavier EV battery packs, extending overall tyre life and delivering long-term value.
  • EU label double-A rated — fuel efficiency and wet grip: Independent confirmation of outstanding rolling resistance and wet performance across the full size range.

In order for us to give you an accurate quote it is handy to have your tyre size to hand. The easiest way to find this is to look on the sidewall of your existing tyre, where you will see a combination of numbers and letters.

Width: (this is the first set of numbers) and represents the width of the tyre sidewall in Millimetres.

Profile: This is the height of the sidewall as a percentage of the width of the tyre

Rim: This is the diameter of the inner rim in inches

When looking for your tyre size note down the size of both the front and rear tyres as many cars have been developed with two different sizes.
