Maxxis ER-GT Everguard GT

ERGT Everguard GT
The Maxxis Everguard GT is a premium SUV tyre built for family drivers who want safe, comfortable, and dependable performance every day. Delivering 16% improved handling over the outgoing HP-M3 in Maxxis ANZ testing at Eastern Creek Raceway, the Everguard GT combines confident cornering control, strong wet weather grip, a notably quiet ride, and long-lasting tread life in one well-rounded package. Backed by a 70,000-mile tread warranty and available across a wide range of popular SUV fitments, it’s the tyre that makes every family journey — from the morning school run to the long weekend road trip — a little more reassuring.

Features and Benefits

  • Stiffened shoulder blocks with advanced compound: Delivers 16% improved handling over the HP-M3 in Maxxis ANZ testing — more confident control and predictable response through corners for everyday family SUV driving.
  • Lateral grooves for wet road confidence: Rapidly expels water from the contact patch to resist aquaplaning and maintain dependable grip and braking performance in wet conditions.
  • Optim-Tech tread design with tread-edge feathering: Reduces road noise at the source for a quieter, more refined cabin experience — appreciated on longer family drives and motorway cruising.
  • Full Touch Technology for longer tread life: Maximises the tyre’s contact patch to promote even wear across the full footprint, extending tread life and delivering strong long-term value — backed by a 70,000-mile treadwear warranty.
  • 3D sipes for steering precision and wear control: Interlocking 3D sipes improve steering feedback and minimise irregular wear, keeping the tyre performing consistently from new through to replacement.

In order for us to give you an accurate quote it is handy to have your tyre size to hand. The easiest way to find this is to look on the sidewall of your existing tyre, where you will see a combination of numbers and letters.

Width: (this is the first set of numbers) and represents the width of the tyre sidewall in Millimetres.

Profile: This is the height of the sidewall as a percentage of the width of the tyre

Rim: This is the diameter of the inner rim in inches

When looking for your tyre size note down the size of both the front and rear tyres as many cars have been developed with two different sizes.
