Was driving down the street the other day and noticed my my steering wheel wasn’t straight so I figured this meant I needed a wheel alignment on my Fiat. On the off chance I gave Lee a ring and he said just bring it in when you can. As my car is an uncommon model Lee went out of his way to find all the parameters for my car finally finding them on a French website when it’s an Italian car !? afterwards the ride he gave me was smooth and stable ‘magnifico‘ the next day I got to work and what !? I had a flat tire so I rang Lee and he said just bring it in. So I did, on picking up my tier I had my wallet at the ready to which Lee responded “it’s all right you’re a loyal customer there’s no charge” it restores my confidence in the township to know the some businesses are still run this way ‘Grazie di tutto’

I had an incredible customer service experience with Lee Bowles, the manager at Warkworth Tyre power. A screw had punctured my tyre on my way to a camping trip. Although Tyre Power had already closed for the day, Lee kindly went out of his way to spend his Friday, post work time, helping me out when there was no obligation to. Not only was his customer service and willingness to help after hours fantastic, he did not charge me an 'after hours' fee.Thank you so much Lee, thanks to you I was able to have a great weekend camping!I would recommend Tyre power warkworth to everybody now.

I had a wonderful experience working with Lee at the Warkworth branch. He fitted two front tyres, balanced and aligned to perfection - and even when we had issues with our rear tyres (nail in), Lee took the time to haul off the tyre, do a full puncture repair and rebalanced both rear wheels to make sure! If I could put a minus star on this I would. I’ve been to this place to get new tyres and every single time I have received awful treatment from the workers. They’re definitely racist towards brown people especially Pacific Islanders. I live in snells beach and I’m shocked at how their workers are being trained to deal with customers. If you can’t provide adequate service you should be re-trained or better yet educate yourselves on diversity in this country.Second response:Owner responded and said my sister said it was from a different store. But that’s not what she said on the phone. She said that there was also another store on the same block that was just as racist and rude to customers. But Lee Bowles the manager was the one who was acting up when she arrived. I’m putting his name through here because his behaviour needs to be addressed. The apology should be coming directly from him as he should be held responsible for his behaviour.

Went there with my sister in law and watched her being treated in an awful manner by Lee. I witnessed him being very disrespectful to her and noticed another customer noticing how he was acting towards her. It's safe to say that we both wont be returning there. They need to be retrained in how to serve customers.
