Just called into Tyrepower Whangarei because my tyre had a split and was starting to delaminate. They changed my tyre in a few minutes and said it was ready to go. When I went to pay, they said there was no charge. When a business provides a service they have to earn my trust for me to return. Tyrepower Whangarei have definitely earned my trust and I will be back, when I next need a new set of tyres, thank you. After a tyre blew in a rural area Alex was so helpful when he gave us the advice we needed to get to the store he manages safely. Despite us arriving to the store just after they had closed he took the time to ensure that the fitting of the new tyre (and all the other tyres) were safe enough to take us to our destination. Rung them at about 10am on a Friday to see if we could get a wheel alignment done, they said yes, got there about 11 odd, wheel alignment done by lunchtime.Great crew, very friendly & accomodating. Professional & thorough, providing a plan to get the most out of my tyres that have been beaten up due to wheel alignment being well & truely out. Not just insisting & pushing for new tyres straight away.Provided prices for new tyres at the bottom of invoice. I thought this was great as most places will either forget when you come back to pick up, or just verbally give a ball park figure which never turns out to be what it is when you get the new tyres.Easy place to get in and out of. Easy to find.Thank you Tyrepower team for taking us in at such short notice, especially on a Friday!!, & for providing such a friendly & professional service.
